Switching Built-in iSight to Camera B

If you have only one camera (i.e. Built-in iSight) and want to make it appear under Camera B instead of A.

1. Under the A Menu, choose No Camera.
2. Under the B Menu, choose No Camera -- forces refresh of available cameras.
3. Under the B Menu, choose Built-in iSight.
