One of our persistent customers suggested we work on the compatibility with Mirial Softphone, a H.263 internet video telephone solution for the Mac.
The standard version of CamCamX flickers badly with Mirial Softphone. We were able to diagnose the problem and have a custom fix available (1.806 support release - contact us if you need it).
